Mentions and referencing are useful ways of drawing someone's attention to a comment, message or issue
You can add Mentions (often known as @mentions) to your comment or message. Whenever you mention a user, they'll receive a notification, either by e-mail or in their TestMonitor notification list. Referencing allows you to refer to issues simply by typing its code.
To mention someone using autocomplete, type '@' in the message field, then start typing their name. Choose the person you want to mention from the list of suggestions. Once you have posted your message, the selected person(s) will be notified.
Made a mistake? Don't worry, TestMonitor allows you to remove your own comments. Just move to the comment you want to remove and click Delete. You will be asked to confirm, just to make sure. After removal you can post a new updated comment if you'd like.
Mentions are available in project messages on your dashboard, test result comments, and issue comments.
Refer to an issue
Referencing is available in test result comments and issue comments. If you want to refer to an issue in your comment: type '#I' and then start typing its code. Select the issue and a link referring to that issue is automatically generated.
