Update Multiple Test Runs

Batch-edit test runs.

Functionality overview

On the Test Runs overview page, move your cursor over a test run and then check the box.

Select additional test runs, if required. To select all, check the box in the table header.

Click the green multi-select button in the toolbar and then select a batch action.

Using the batch-edit tool

The batch-edit function offers the following actions:

  • Update

    Update the Starts and Ends date for multiple test runs. When you select Update, a pop-up box displays. This is where you can choose or change the Starts and Ends date for all selected test runs.

  • Delete

    Remove the selected items from the test suite.

  • Add Priority

    Set all selected test runs as a priority.

  • Remove Priority

    Remove the priority setting for selected test cases.

  • Expire this week

    It's possible to set an expiration date for test runs. If you want to set an expiration date for the end of the current week, select Expire this week.

  • Expire next week

    If you want to set an expiration date for the end of next week, select Expire next week.

  • Expire this month

    If you want to set an expiration date for the end of the current month, select Expire this month.

  • Expire next month

    If you want to set an expiration date for the end of the following month, select Expire next month.
