How are backups handled in TestMonitor?

Backups are performed regularly using a Point-In-Time-Recovery strategy. Point-In-Time-Recovery (PITR) enables continuous backups, allowing data to be restored to any specific point in the past if necessary.

Our backup process covers the entire environment, including all data and file attachments. This ensures that every aspect of your data is protected and can be fully recovered.

All backups are encrypted to maintain the highest level of data security. Additionally, we store our backups with our primary provider, DigitalOcean, as well as with an off-site provider. This redundancy guarantees that backups are available even in the event of a provider-specific issue.
