Users that are tied to actions in TestMonitor cannot be deleted. Instead, they can be archived. When a user is archived, all data related to their actions will be preserved in TestMonitor but they will lose access and will not be part of your user count.
An admin user can archive the user with the steps below:
- Go to settings by clicking the gear icon to the right in the header.
- Open the user overview page by clicking Users in the Users & Security section.
- Click the Arrow to the right of the user you want to archive to open the user detail page.
- Click the three dots in the top right corner and select Archive.
If an archived user needs access again, you can use the same email address to add them as a brand new user.
