How do I change the owner of my account?

The account owner is the primary admin of the account. Owners have full control of the instance and serve as both the billing and technical contact.

To change the account owner, please follow these steps:

1. Click on the Settings icon located in the top right corner of your screen.

2. From the menu on the left, select Users.

3. Find the user to whom you wish to transfer ownership, and click on the arrow on the right within that row.

4. Click on the ellipsis menu in the top right and choose Transfer ownership.

5. Confirm your action to complete the transfer.


The new owner must have a user account with administrative privileges in TestMonitor prior to the transfer of ownership.
