At TestMonitor, we understand that our customers' needs evolve over time, which is why we offer a range of subscription plans to meet their changing requirements. However, we also know that some customers may still be using our older legacy plans, and we want to assure you that we will not force you to upgrade.
What are Legacy Plans?
Legacy plans are subscription plans that were once offered but are no longer available for new subscribers. These plans are still being used by existing customers who subscribed to them before they were discontinued. We value our legacy plan customers and are committed to providing them with the best possible support and service.
Upgrading to a New Plan
If you are currently subscribed to a legacy plan, we want to help you upgrade to a newer plan that better fits your needs. You can visit the Pricing page on our website to review our available plans. Our newer plans come with additional features and benefits that can help you be more productive and efficient in your testing efforts.
However, we understand that upgrading to a new plan may not be the best option for everyone. That's why we want to assure you that your legacy plan will remain in place and continue to receive support and service from us. If you are happy with your current plan and don't feel the need to upgrade, that's perfectly fine.
If you do decide to upgrade to a new plan, the process is easy. Log in to your TestMonitor account, navigate to the Settings page, select Billing and click on Update subscription... to select a new plan. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment and your good to go!
Custom Plans
We understand that some customers may be on custom plans that were tailored to their specific needs. If this is the case, don't worry. We are always happy to discuss your options and see if we can offer you a comparable plan that meets your requirements. Simply contact our customer support team and we'll work with you to find the best plan that meets your needs and ensure a smooth transition.
Support and Service
It's important to note that legacy plans may not receive the same level of support or updates as newer plans. However, we strive to provide all of our customers with the best possible service and support, regardless of their plan.
