Where can I login?

In TestMonitor, each environment utilizes a unique URL tailored to individual organizations. This approach ensures strict isolation between environments, safeguarding sensitive testing data and enhancing security measures. By assigning distinct URLs, we maintain a robust barrier between different user groups, guaranteeing confidentiality and integrity within each testing environment.

Prerequisites

To access your TestMonitor account, you'll need:

  1. Login Credentials: Your login credentials consist of your email address and password, unless you're utilizing Single Sign-On (SSO).

  2. TestMonitor URL: Each TestMonitor environment has a unique login URL specific to your organization. The login URL typically follows this structure: yourorganization.testmonitor.com

If you do not have the URL, please reach out to your TestMonitor account manager or refer to your TestMonitor invite email for the link.

How to Login

To access your TestMonitor account, please follow these steps::

  1. Open your preferred web browser and enter the provided TestMonitor URL.
  2. Enter your email address and password on the login page. Double-check your credentials for accuracy.
  3. Click the "Login" button to submit your credentials.
  4. TestMonitor will authenticate your information. Upon successful authentication, you'll access your TestMonitor home screen.

The language displayed on the TestMonitor login screen is determined by your TestMonitor application language settings. Once logged in, TestMonitor adapts to the language preferences specified in your user settings.

Single Sign-on (SSO):

If Single Sign-on has been set up, you have the option to authenticate yourself using your organization's identity provider:
    • When you've accessed your login page, click "Login with <provider>" (Microsoft, Google, or Okta).
    • Follow your SSO provider's authentication process.
    • Once authenticated, you'll be logged in to TestMonitor automatically.
